Refund policy

Returns
GODinme Return Policy lasts 30 days from shipment.
If 30 days have gone by since we shipped the item to you, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria;
Must be returned within 30 days from date of shipment.
Must be accompanied with the receipt and/or proof of purchase.
Must be an original priced item. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Must be in brand new condition in its original packaging with hang tags/stickers
attached.
Must have no stains and/or odor (smoke, pet, etc.).

PLEASE KNOW
If returned item is not in its original condition and package, is damaged or missing the hang tag and sticker, no refund will be issued.
If item is not returned within 30 days of shipment, no refund will be issued.
If item is returned without hang tag and or sticker attached, no refund will be issued.
If returned item was incorrectly shipped or defective due to our behalf, we will refund the shipping cost as well however, if item is returned for any other reason (such as size or no longer want) a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify whether or not the return was approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.
If any portion of your purchase was paid with a GODinme gift card, Full Value of refund will be issued on a GODinme gift card (if applicable)

Please allow 2 weeks processing time from day of our email notification of refund to receive a refund. If you have not received a refund within the two week processing time, PLEASE contact your bank and/or credit card company First and Again before contacting us at info@itsthegodinme.com

Exchanges are made ONLY if item has not been used or damaged and returned in its original packaging with hang tag/stickers attached.

Gifts and Gift card
ALL gift returns and exchanges must meet the return policy criteria above and have a receipt or proof of purchase.
If any portion of your purchase was paid with a GODinme gift card, Full Value of refund will be issued on a GODinme gift card (if applicable)

All Shipping Cost is Nonrefundable... unless returned/exchanged item was incorrectly shipped or defective due to our behalf; in which case we will refund the shipping cost, however, if item is returned for any other reason (such as size or no longer want) a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
